Plastic Injection Molding & Mold Development
DG Proto supports custom plastic parts from mold development through injection molding and inspection. Our manufacturing group can assist with DFM review, mold design, mold trials and production.
With injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1300T, we review each part’s design, material, appearance requirements and expected volume before recommending a manufacturing approach and preparing a quotation.
From Mold Design to Molded Parts
We support the full mold development process, including product evaluation, DFM analysis, mold flow analysis, mold design, precision machining, assembly and mold trials. After trial verification and optimization, the project can move into injection molding production.
