  • Drawing Review — Review profile geometry, machined features, material, quantity and finish.
  • Profile Planning — Confirm whether you will supply the extrusion or need profile sourcing support.
  • Machining Plan — Assess datum selection, workholding and critical dimensions.
  • CNC Machining — Cut and machine the required features.
  • Finishing & Inspection — Complete the agreed finish and inspection scope.

Engineering Review for Extruded Parts

Extruded profiles may have dimensional variation, bow or twist before machining. Our engineering review considers the profile’s actual condition, machining datums, wall thickness, clamping method and critical interfaces.

If a feature requires tighter control than the as-extruded profile can provide, we will review where machining is needed and identify any questions before quotation.

Quality Checks Based on Your Drawing

We plan inspection around the dimensions and functional features specified in your drawing. Depending on the project, this may include incoming profile checks, first-article confirmation, in-process checks and final inspection.
