DG Proto manufactures custom metal components through precision machining and functional plating. Our Dongguan facility provides CNC turning and milling, while our group-owned factory in Shenzhen operates electroplating production lines. Together, we support projects from machined parts to finished components.

For electrical contact and other technical applications, our team reviews the drawings, coating requirements, inspection methods and expected volumes before confirming the production process and quotation.

Functional Plating Thickness & Quality Control

Plating requirements are defined by each part’s drawing and coating specification. Our team reviews the base material, required coating, functional surfaces and target thickness before selecting the plating process. This is especially important for electrical contacts, where the coating must meet the requirements of the contact area.

Inspection is planned around the agreed specification and measurement locations. Depending on the project, we can review coating thickness, appearance and adhesion requirements, then confirm the inspection method and reporting scope before production.
